Delivery Policy
Your orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days if you have selected Standard Delivery (excluding Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays).
Standard Delivery is complimentary with a minimum spend of S$60. For purchases below S$60, we charge a nominal fee of S$5 for Standard Delivery. All domestic order comes with tracking details.
Our Standard Delivery time frames are estimates only and may vary with public holidays, possible courier delivery issues, and other influences (such as severe weather conditions) that are beyond the control of 37 Scents.
We offer Express Delivery (2 days excl. Sat, Sun and PHs) for $15 and Same Day Delivery (within same day) for $28, orders placed after 3pm will be consider the following day.
Do note that a redelivery due to missing details/incorrect address details are subjected to an additional fee.
